Great trip to Washington, D.C.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Washington, D.C. last week. We were there attending the NAMI National Convention (National Alliance on Mental Illness). It was very informative and extremely inspiring. I'm trying to think of a way to bring some pottery lessons or workshops to the mental health hospitals or clinics here in the Mobile area. If anyone out there has some ideas, I'd love to hear them!

Setting up a blog

After a bit of reading I found that creating a blog is fairly simple. Google has made this possible with easy instructions. The only problem I had was finding it after I closed it. I guess I'm getting too old - I forgot what I named it, or rather I should say I thought I named it something else and so I was having a hard time signing in! Hahaha!
